Ryan believes that age is just a number and is determined to work tirelessly to prove his critics wrong. Drawing inspiration from young politicians like Jeylynn Dela Cruz, Cindy Lamoureux, and Eric Melillo—each of whom was elected before the age of 25—Ryan is committed to showing that he has what it takes to make a meaningful impact, regardless of his age.
Ryan is a proud MGEU Union Steward and had the opportunity to serve as a strike captain during the 2023 liquor strike. He has completed numerous MGEU courses covering a wide range of topics, from mentoring to the fundamentals of contract negotiation. These experiences have equipped him with the knowledge and skills essential for effective employee negotiations. Ryan is committed to working collaboratively with employees to ensure their voices are heard and their working conditions are continuously improved.
Ryan is running to be a representative who truly works for you. Ryan believes in being accessible, transparent, and accountable—whether that means making time to meet when it works for you or getting you clear answers about where your tax dollars are going. Ryan also knows that strong public education is the foundation of a strong community. That’s why he is committed to reducing class sizes to ensure every student gets the attention they deserve and every teacher has the support they need.
